This website and any mobile application (collectively, this “Site”) is owned by StylingCV s.r.o. (“We”, “Us” or “StylingCV”). We are providing you with access to this Site and our online store (together, our “Services”), subject to the following terms and conditions.
By browsing, accessing, using or signing up to this Site or otherwise using our Services, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions, including any policies referred to herein (collectively, these “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. We reserve the right to change this Site and these Terms at any time. Any claim relating to StylingCV’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using this Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Czech Republic for any disputes arising out of these Terms.

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of StylingCV or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

StylingCV™, the StylingCV logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of StylingCV or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of StylingCV.

11. Subscription Terms
StylingCV offers various subscription plans that provide access to premium features. When you purchase a subscription:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan;
- Subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment;
- Access to premium features is granted for the duration of your active subscription;
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings.
12. Payment of Fees
All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly set forth herein. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees due.
If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend your access to premium features until payment is successfully completed. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate.
13. Changes in Fees
StylingCV reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. If we change the fees for your subscription, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ advance notice before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fees.
14. Auto Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be at the then-current subscription rate. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.
To cancel auto-renewal:
- Log into your account dashboard;
- Navigate to “Subscription” or “Billing” settings;
- Click “Cancel Subscription” or “Turn Off Auto-Renewal”;
- Confirm your cancellation.
Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
15. Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:
- Transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, receipts);
- Service-related announcements (updates, maintenance notices);
- Marketing communications (if you opt in).
You can manage your email preferences in your account settings or by clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
